The Olive Grove
The olive grove is located on the Montevile hill at the foot of the acropolis of Perugia.
he olive grove on the hill, as my grandfather Armando used to call it, is made up of the Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoiano cultivars, the typical varieties of our green Umbria. A second olive grove is located on the outskirts of Perugia, in the Via San Girolamo area.
These olive groves are situated on the beautiful hills of Perugia, surrounded by ancient Etruscan settlements, as evidenced by the many tombs located just a few meters from our olive paradise.
The cultivation and harvesting processes are entirely manual and respect the surrounding environment and land. We bring our olives to a nearby mill to process them within a few hours, preserving their fragrances and flavors.
